A Warm, Supportive Space for Healing and Self-Discovery
Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and vulnerable, and my intention is to offer a space where you can breathe, settle in, and feel fully supported. As a registered psychotherapist, I believe one of the most healing elements of therapy is feeling deeply heard and understood. This space is yours, a place where your emotions, stories, and experiences are met with warmth, gentleness, and genuine care.
I work with individuals (18+) and couples, offering a calm, grounding environment where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and connect with your inner resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

My Professional Background
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent several years working in social services, where I offered emotional support, case management, and crisis care for individuals facing complex and often painful situations. My experience includes roles within a local women’s shelter and Ottawa Victim Services, where I had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I am trained in EMDR Therapy, holding memberships with EMDR Canada and EMDRIA.
My educational background includes:
