Anxiety

Struggling with Constant Anxiety? You're Not Alone.

Living with chronic anxiety can feel overwhelming and exhausting. While occasional anxiety, worry, and fear are natural responses to stressful situations, persistent and excessive anxiety can interfere with your daily life.

Anxiety becomes a problem when these emotional responses no longer serve a protective purpose and instead begin to disrupt your well-being. If you’re living with an anxiety disorder, you may experience intense fear or worry that lingers—even when there’s no immediate threat. This ongoing sense of dread can impact your relationships, work, and overall quality of life.

You might find yourself constantly asking, “What if...?” and imagining worst-case scenarios. These intrusive thoughts can make situations seem more dangerous or hopeless than they actually are, often leading to avoidance behaviors that further reinforce your anxiety.

Moreover, anxiety may present itself with both mental and physical symptoms. You may experience:

  • Racing thoughts
  • Lack of concentration
  • Panic
  • Feelings of dread and irritability
  • Restlessness
  • Sleep and eating disturbances
  • Dry mouth
  • Trembling
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Lack of energy
  • Dizziness
  • Digestive issues.

There are ways to shift to more sustainable ways of regulating your anxiety and stress. The practices and tools I will teach you will help you cope with your anxiety, stress, and/or panic.
